72 Hour notice

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Failure to provide 72+ hours notice for the need to reschedule will result in a no show fee which is the full amount of the appointment. You will be required to pay this fee prior to scheduling any additional appointments.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your session and you will be responsible for the full fee of your appointment prior to rescheduling. Additionally, you must have all of your paperwork filled out with signatures in the required spaces prior to your session. In the event of an emergency, please provide documentation and after review we can explore how to move forward.

We do not provide childcare so please plan ahead.
